Digicel Rising Star host, judges return
The old saying âIf it ainât broke, donât fix it,â may have stuck in the minds of the Producers of the Digicel Rising Star competition, as the third installment of the show gets ready to air.
The producers have decided to stick to the same show host and finals judges, used in the previous season.{{more}}
The host, Belle Holder (at left) a Barbadian television broadcaster was described by producers as the essence of the show.
Holder said that she was glad to be back and is looking forward to the show and contestants.
Judges Vynette âVinnie Vâ Fredrick, Algernon âSerpentâ Watt and Wayne âCoolâ Simmons, are considered as entertaining as the performers.
Fredrick, the unofficial spokes person of the group dubbed âThe Thrillogyâ said that the group will just be their same old spontaneous selves, being honest to competitors and having a good time in the process.
The judges informed those gathered that they expect the competitors to be and look the part, and they will be expecting more original efforts from them. The finals are slated for November 4th. (JJ)
