Ten gold medalists so far in 2007 Digicel Gospel Fest

Ten gold medals, 27 silvers, 17 bronze and one certificate have so far been distributed in the Kingstown Zonal Showcase in Music and Song at the 2007 Digicel Gospel Fest. {{more}}

The ten gold medalists are Rose-Ann Richardson of the Kingstown Seventh Day Adventist Church in the 13-19 age category, Lizanna Pollard from New Life Miracles in the Solo 13-19 age group, Nedine Roache from the Healing and Prophetic Ministry in the 13-19 age range, Christopher Grant of the Arnos Vale Methodist Church in the 13-19 year category, Severn Williams of the Streams of Power Church Sion Hill in the over 19 category, Aloma “Gospel Dan” Cadougan of the St Sullivan Spiritual Baptist Church in the over 19 age range, Nerissa Sandy of the Kingstown Baptist Church over 19 age group, Rose-Ann Richardson and Lizanna Pollard of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in the Duet, Overcomers from Jewels for Jesus in the Group category and the Methodist Instrumentalists from the Kingstown Methodist Youth Fellowship in the Instrumental category.

The Digicel Zonal Gospel Fest continues today in Kingstown in the Dance category at the Peace Memorial Hall from 8pm, and on Saturday 14 in Dance from 7pm at the same venue.

The North Windward Zone continues at 5pm in the categories of Song, Duet, Choir, Group, Band and Sermonette at the Bethel Gospel Assembly at Georgetown, while on Saturday 15 at 5pm the Dance, Drama and Mime Comedy would take centre stage at the New Life Prayer Tabernacle at South Rivers.

The Marriaqua Zone would have Music and Song categories tonight at the Glad Tidings Tabernacle at Gomea from 7pm while on Saturday 14 the same category would continue from 6:30pm at the Church.

The North Leeward Zone would take on the Music and Song categories at the Chateaubelair Methodist School from 7pm while on the same day the South Leeward Zone would be performing in the Solo category at the Wesleyan Holiness Church from 7pm and the Kingdom Life Ministries at Keartons would have the Songs, Duets, Groups and Bands categories from 6pm.
