NDP prays for nation

While thousands of Vincentians were at the Rabacca celebrating the opening of the Yurumein/Taiwan bridge, some others were tuned to their radios and reading their Bibles, saying prayers for the nation.

The national prayer vigil was simultaneously aired on NICE RADIO, CROSS COUNTRY RADIO, and PRAISE FM from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

It was organized by the opposition New Democratic Party and hosted by Amor Lashley.

Listeners to called in and said prayers for the country, relating to crime and violence, poverty and other hardships that affect the nation.
