Walters who was touring the site with contractors on Monday September 11, pointed out that the complex which is slightly behind schedule was estimated to cost $3.8 million, but will now cost $4.2 million.

Architect Aurin Bennett said that a delay in the shipping of fixtures such as doors and windows and a shortage of cement were causes for the delay in construction.
