Students receive CLICO scholarships
Krystol Primus and Nickisha Pitt were the two proud recipients of the Clico International General Insurance Scholarship Fund.
Primus, a past student of the Lowmans Windward Anglican was successful in this year’s common entrance examinations and will be attending the Girlsâ High School while Pitt, a past student of the Lauders Primary School will be heading to the Thomas Saunders Secondary School.{{more}}
The scholarships are worth $800 per year for the next four years of the girls’ secondary school education, which covers the cost of transportation, uniforms, and school supplies.
Branch Administrative Manager, Yvonne Williams encouraged the students to work hard and strive for excellence. She further said the awards programme is part of the company’s commitment to the development of people and creating value for the society it serves.
