Chief Coordinator for ECTAD, Jethro Greene stated that the training sessions that were conducted, came against the background of ECTAD expanding markets to Europe and French Caribbean Islands. He also explained that ECTAD’s National Planning Meeting will be introducing its new project of linking agriculture, health, and nutrition in St.Vincent and the Grenadines and will be looking for partners and volunteers towards the success of the project.

Experts in the Ministry of Agriculture, Seithroy Edwards, Marcus Richards and Michael Delpeche will also be there to offer technical advise and support to the program. The experts would focus more on the matters of post-harvest management, handling, quality control, product safety and pet and disease that affect products during and after production.
