New York-based designers Norman Josey and Ricardo Lorrick of Lockdown International have chosen the ambience of Paradise Inn in St. Vincent and top local models from Mijé and Image Modelling Agencies to launch their 2007 Swimwear Collection. The Collection titled, “Soul of Fire” will feature 60 designs.

Collaboratively Josey and Lorrick have done many award winning gowns and prom dresses; they are also famous for designing the “total look”, including shoes, bags and accessories.

The show, which takes place at Paradise Inn on Sunday, August 5, from 6 p.m. will offer the patrons the opportunity to see these exotic designs. Following which will be dinner with many Vincentian delicacies on the menu. Josey, who has 30 years of designing experience, said in his very quiet voice, “The evening would be different, with a true Caribbean Experience.”
