New Grounds Primary gets barrels of goodies
The New Grounds Primary School has expressed its sincere thanks to the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Association of Florida for two barrels of library materials including books and magazines, which were handed over to the school recently.
In a short ceremony held at the school, Ashley Culzac, a representative of the Association, presented the books to the principal of the school, Cecelia Browne. Culzac spoke of the commitment of his organization in assisting in the areas of Health and Education.{{more}} He, also, encouraged the students to take good care of the books and preserve them for the younger ones. Culzac also presented wheelchairs, nebulizers and walkers to the Diamond, Park Hill, and Colonarie clinics.
The principal, staff and students of the New Grounds Primary School have expressed their thanks to Septimus Barrock, President of the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Association of Florida and the representative of the group, Ashley Culzac for presenting the books to the school and the medical equipment to the district clinics. Elizabeth Greaves of Florida donated the medical equipment. Gideon Yorke of Standard Shippers shipped the books free of cost, and Selwin Dabreo transported the books to the school free of cost.
