Logos II returning to SVG next week

Logos II returns to St. Vincent and the Grenadines at the end of this month and will dock at the Cruise Ship Terminal in Kingstown from June 28 to July 6.

Logos II, a floating bookstore, sails around the world to bring books to millions of people in each country she visits. But Logos II is more than just books! The ship is part of a worldwide Missions Organisation called OM International, which operates in over 100 countries including the Caribbean and uses three ships.{{more}}

According to a release issued on Wednesday, Logos II seeks to bring knowledge, help and hope to the nations of the world. Knowledge is brought through the selection of about 4,000 titles of educational and Christian books in the onboard book fair. Where there is a need that can be met Help is offered in practical ways through the biggest resource on board “people”. Every day Logos II teams partner with local organisations to visit schools, orphanages, hospitals etc. to bring hope through the message of the gospel.

The visit of Logos II is being sponsored by Cable & Wireless, C & R Enterprises and the National Commercial Bank.
