PM, Beache back from trip to Europe

Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves recently concluded a one-week visit to Europe where he headed a three-member delegation.

The delegation included Minister of Tourism – Glen Beache, Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs – Patricia Martin and Budget Director in the Ministry of Finance – Edmund Jackson.

While in Europe the delegation attended three summits: the 3rd Spain – CARICOM Summit which took place in Madrid, Spain; the 4th European Union/Latin American and Caribbean Summit held in Vienna, Austria and a special European Union CARIFORUM summit which also took place in Vienna, Austria.
