Scotland yard due back in SVG next week

Scotland Yard officials investigating the murder of the late Glenn Jackson, former Press Secretary and Personal Aide to Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves should return to the state by next week. In the event they do not Government will be getting the definitive information as to when they will.

This was disclosed by Prime Minister Dr. Ralph Gonsalves on Tuesday, April 4.{{more}}

Prime Minister Gonsalves said the return “is dependant on how the forensic evidence is going”.

He disclosed that he has been advised that the forensic analysis is being done and that all is not yet complete.

On Tuesday evening Dr. Gonsalves had an appointment with a representative from the British High Commission.

Dr. Gonsalves asked the media to give assistance to the quest for justice by asking persons who have information with regard to the murder to come forward and give the information to the police.

A reward of EC$100, 000 is on offer for any person(s) who can give information to the police that will lead to a conviction in the Jackson case.
