C&W introduces Hurricane Packs

In a continuing effort to raise hurricane awareness, Cable & Wireless in partnership with Motorola have put together hurricane packs that include a key chain flashlight, first aid kit, and rain poncho.

On behalf of Cable & Wireless, Marketing Executive, Nathaniel Mc Felia (left) hands over the first pack to Howie Prince, National Disaster Coordinator for NEMO. {{more}} Prince stressed the importance of an early warning system in the country. He remarked, “Collaborating with Cable & Wireless is a step in a positive direction with regard to national preparedness for which we are grateful.”

The hurricane packs are going to be available to the public with the purchase of a new Motorola handset while supplies last. Mc Felia stated, “Cable & Wireless is pleased to support NEMO’s efforts in emergency planning.”
