Caribbean Sun, Star host travel awards

Caribbean Star and Caribbean Sun Airlines hosted a Travel Agent Awards Dinner on Saturday night at The Pavilion restaurant to honour the travel agencies with top sales production in the region over the last quarter.{{more}}

Local travel agent, Irie Travel Services, was awarded for being the highest producer of travel agencies in the southern Caribbean, while Travel Plan Limited, an agency based in Tortola out-produced the other travel agencies in the north.

The awards dinner was organised by the airlines to acknowledge the efforts of these agencies in a tangible way. Yolanda Suarez, President and CEO of Caribbean Sun Airlines and acting CEO of Caribbean Star Airlines, was present for the event and praised the efforts of the honourees.
