Brown is Head of Operations

Bridgetown, Barbados – FirstCaribbean has announced the appointment of Jamaican, Jennifer Brown, to the post of Head of Operations for Jamaica and Belize.

In this role, Brown will lead the activities of the Operations Processing Centres in those two countries. {{more}}

Brown joined the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce on January 27, 1975 as a Teller, and has worked in various roles since then. She is currently pursuing a business programme for bankers with the Institute of Canadian Bankers. Brown also holds a Diploma in Business Administration and a certificate in Business Management from the Institute of Management and Production (now the University College of the Caribbean), a Certificate Business Management – Institute of Management and Production.

Executive Director of Operations, and Chief Operating Officer, Juan Manuel Corral, welcomed Brown to his team. “Jennifer has been acting in this capacity for several weeks, and has proven to be a fine leader.”
