With its location five miles North West of Capital City Kingstown, its closeness affords accessibility to commercial and industrial sites in and around the capital.

And a number of residents work on many of the outlets.

Another violent outburst has sent further shock waves in the community. The latest victim is Kenneth Allick, a 36-year-old employee with the

St. Vincent and the Grenadines Port Authority. He was a patient at the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital with cutlass wounds to hands and back. Allick suffered an attack in an incident last Saturday morning in his home village.

Allick, has contributed to the entertainment circles, and has been known for his free styling ability. He recently crossed the barrier and appeared in the calypso arena.

Allick adopted an entrepreneurial spirit within recent times and opened a small shop in the district. He is worried about his ability to use his hands as a consequence of the onslaught.

He gave the name of his attacker as a 19-year-old. Up to Wednesday, units from the Questelles Police Station were investigating the incident.
