On Saturday morning, George Ashley Tucker, IT engineer of Questelles and resident of Philadelphia, USA, took the lovely Gail Bernadette Nurse, documentalist, of Ratho Mill, to be his bride at the Kingstown Methodist Church.

Maid of honour was Ann-Marie Nurse, the sister of the bride while the Best Man was Pollen Exeter, a brother-in-law of the groom.

The proud parents of the groom, George and Inola Tucker, and of the bride, Austin Nurse and the late Cynthia Nurse, were toasted by various close friends and relatives at a reception held at the Emerald Isle Resort.

Saturday evening Nigel Guy and Wyneth King joined their lives together in a ceremony at the Mesopotamia Gospel Hall Church. Matron of Honour was Aeisha Bailey while Norman Robinson was Best Man.

The lucky couple celebrated with friends and family at a reception held at the Tropic Breeze Hotel.

Michael Moncharry, a landscaper of Peters Hope, and Carmina Richards were married at the Kingstown Baptist Church. They then proceeded to Macadonia Rock where a number of relatives, friends and well-wishers ushered in the couple to their new life. SEARCHLIGHT extends best wishes to the newly weds.
