Assistant Superintendent of Prisons Linus Goodluck handed over $1,300 worth of goods, contributions which came from the Vincentian prison officers.

The gift was accepted on behalf of Grenadian Commissioner of Prisons Don McKenzie, by British High Commissioner Vic Wallis, who was in Grenada along with Prisons Adviser Nick Brooke. Brooke arrived in Grenada after the storm to assess the situation at the jail.
