PM Gonsalves described the almost completed YWCA structure as a fantastic two-storey building: âA magnificent facility that is better than the current one.â
Dr. Gonsalves also spoke about the new Technical Complex that will be built on the Bishops Collegeâs compound in Paulâs Avenue. This technical facility will replace the old one located at Richmond Hill in Kingstown, which will be dismantled.
The relocation of the YWCA building and the Technical Centre is to make way for the modern library and a lecture theatre which will be built at Richmond Hill.
The Calliaqua Town Hall will also receive some attention.
