Attention to every detail, was done, and it made it look all so effortlessly. A few things went wrong, as it often does in a large custom home project. Nonetheless, they were always in contact with us, keeping us up to date as the project went along. Even if they were a week late with installation, as trivial as it may seem to some people, those phone calls and frequent updates, we could have waited another week or so.
