Return on Investment

We had a very, very busy and productive week, our counter tops are selling like hot bread, so be sure to check out our website for our special online offer!

We are still on the cost of kitchens. Last week we mentioned ROI (return on investment) for your kitchen, but what about those who are building their dream home and do not plan to sell anytime soon? Your ROI is the value that your kitchen adds to your home.{{more}}

When friends and family come over, do their eyes pop straight out of their heads the moment they behold the kitchen? Do they tell their friends and family about how beautiful your kitchen is, or how functional (the way you make use of the space) it is?

While all this might mean something to you, it may not mean anything to another person, but for you as an individual you can safely say that if you were to do it again, you wouldn’t do it differently. For another person the ROI can be… well my kitchen is very, very expensive, only the high end materials were used from… say Germany… or some far away country… as far as it needs to sound, to sound important and unique, and it was built by Mr. So and So who only does work for the Jones over there and buys his tools strictly from Japan or England.

You see, whatever it is that makes you feel proud of your kitchen after you already spent your money is your ROI and that is another important reason why you need to find the right person to suit your needs. We always say to our clients: This is your kitchen, we can only advise you as far as you would allow us to, because you need to realise that at the end of the day when every one leaves, it is you who would be living here, so speak up loud and let’s get your vision on paper and we’ll enhance it for you and make it work!

To be continued…
