Banana Pudding Cheesecake Squares
You will need:
2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs 1/ 2 cup unsalted butter, melted 16 oz cream cheese, softened (2 sticks) 1 cup granulated sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 3 large eggs 3 ripe bananas, mashed 1 cup sour cream 1/ 4 cup all-purpose flour 1/ 4 cup milk Method:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, mix together Graham Cracker Crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form the crust. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the mashed bananas, sour cream, flour, and milk until fully combined and smooth. Pour the banana cheesecake mixture over the Graham Cracker Crust in the prepared baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 4550 minutes, or until the centre is set (it may
jiggle slightly when gently shaken). Allow the cheesecake squares to cool completely before cutting them into squares or rectangles.
Serve chilled or at room temperature, and enjoy!
Tips:You can get the Graham Cracker Crumbs at CK Greaves or you can combine half part digestive biscuits and half part original Shirley biscuits and prepare as directed. Vanilla or Greek yogurt can be used to substitute sour cream.
