Pan fried fish with creamy lemon sauce

I love red fish or dolphin, and I’m always looking for different ways to prepare them. This is such an easy and delish recipe and goes great with any side.

You will need:

1/2 lb fish, 2 fillet or steak cuts

1 tbsp flour

2 tbsp Italian dressing

1/4 cup reduced sodium chicken broth

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 oz cream cheese, cubed

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley{{more}}

Method:

After lightly seasoning your fish, coat with flour. Heat dressing in skillet on medium heat. Add fish; cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm. Add broth and lemon juice to skillet; cook 3 minutes or until reduced by half, stirring frequently with whisk. Add cream cheese and stir 1 minute or until melted. Pour over fish; sprinkle with parsley. This dish serves 2.
