Three violent deaths in three days

Three men were violently killed in three days in three separate incidents in St Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG), bringing the homicide count to 10 for 2026 in the multi-island state.

The 8th homicide happened on Monday, March 23, 2026 when “Mont-I” Thomas was chopped about his body in Barrouallie. He subsequently died at the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital (MCMH) where he was taken for medical attention.

Thomas is well known in local circles for his comical behaviour on social media. A few months ago, he released a song alongside a local Soca artiste that gained some mileage during Vincy Mas.
