Senior citizen dies in Mahaut house fire

A male senior citizen in his 70’s perished in a house fire in Mahaut, Campden Park on Monday night. Dead is Kelvin Murray, who neighbours said lived alone in the small concrete building.

In a release, the police said they received information about a house fire in the area at approximately 9:00 p.m and upon arrival, officers observed a flat concrete structure engulfed in flames.
