Bramble promises $1 million from CBI money for 50 businesses in East Kingstown
The opposition New Democratic Party (NDP), moved its campaign to Sion Hill last Saturday, September, 27,2025 as it seeks to retain its hold on the East Kingstown constituency in the next general elections.
Speaking at the function which also saw the opening of the party’s constituency office, incumbent representative, Fitzgerald Bramble thanked constituents for their loyalty.
Bramble will again be contesting the seat in the upcoming general elections against Luke Browne of the governing Unity Labour Party (ULP), whom he defeated in the 2020 elections.
Bramble noted that East Kingstown has been loyal to the NDP for the last 40 consecutive years and that he honours “the work of the representatives who came before me”.
He also asked the gathering assembled at the Sion Hill intersection, to show their appreciation to the immediate past parliamentary representative, Arnhim Eustace, former Opposition Leader and also former Prime Minister.
“I also want to renew my mission to represent you with integrity, with professionalism, and with unshakeable commitment to a better standard of living for every single Vincentian,” Bramble promised.
