Man, 26 pleads not guilty to multiple charges

AYOUNG MAN, who claimed that he received multiple injuries that were inflicted by the police, is now facing multiple charges.

David Bailey, 26, of Vermont, appeared at the Serious Offences Court before Chief Magistrate, Colin John, on August 25, 2025 where he pleaded not guilty to six offences.

Bailey was charged that on August 23, 2025 at the Kingstown Public Road he make use of indecent language to PC 98 Micah DaSiva of North Union to wit: Alyo mother c*!t police feel like alyo could do what alyo want.
