Well known Park Hill surveyor dies

THE SUDDEN DEATH of a well known surveyor sent shock waves throughout the community of Park Hill on Thursday evening, July 18, 2024.

SEARCHLIGHT understands that Wanume Pereira died a short distance away from his home yesterday evening. Moments before his death, he had arrived in Park Hill in a mini van after his day’s work in Kingstown.

He alighted from the van a short distance away from his home.

According to information reaching SEARCHLIGHT, he reportedly complained to villagers that he was not feeling well; they attempted to assist him, and called for an ambulance.

Pereira however died before the ambulance arrived.
