Despite the delay, patrons and judges at the Victoria Park on Tuesday waited patiently to see the parade of colours and creativity from various mas tents.

With their portrayal of elaborate sea creatures such as Coral Garden, Pearls, Treasures, Tsunami, Jelly Fish and Sting Ray, the costumes produced by KFC SVG Players seemed to come alive.

The band also received the judge’s nod for Best Use of Colour, but placed third in the Uptown Competition.
