Rilland Hill man remanded for Shappeard’s murder

Schemel Dunbar has been charged with the murder of James Shappeard.{{more}}

Dunbar, 28, a resident of Rilland Hill, appeared before the Serious Offences Court on Tuesday and was remanded. He is expected to return to court on September 14.

On May 31, the body of 44-year-old Shappeard was found lying at the side of the road in Twenty Hill, near to a vehicle, with what appeared to be a gunshot wound to his head.
