It is alleged that on September 21, 2014, Baptiste assaulted Noah Williams of McKies Hill, and wounded Carl Caesar of Kingstown.

The defendant pleaded not guilty to both offences.

A composite bail of $5,000 was set by temporary magistrate Carla James, who also ordered Baptiste to have no contact with the virtual complainants, and to report to the Kingstown Police Station every Friday, no later than 6 p.m.

The defendant’s mother stood as surety for his bail, and he is expected to return to Court on Tuesday, October 14.
