Kingstown Park resident Oswaldo Cummings was brought before the Serious Offences Court last week and was slapped with an indictable charge of damaging a quantity of items belonging to Derron “Full Clip” Dennie, amounting to $106,740.00, which is alleged to have taken place between November 20 and December 7.

Cummings was placed on $40,000 bail with one surety and the matter was adjourned to April 24, 2014.

On November 20, the home which Dennie had occupied at Kingstown Park for almost a decade was demolished.

Coming out of that incident, Dennie’s aunt, Esther Hutchinson, was, on December 10, found guilty at the Kingstown Magistrate’s Court, of using threatening language to police constable Adrian Forde.

Forde testified that at about 2:40 p.m. on November 20, he was dispatched to Kingstown Park, in respect of a report of alleged damage to property: furniture, electronics and clothes belonging to Derron Dennie, who occupied the house that was being demolished.

Forde said it was there Hutchinson threatened to douse him with acid. She was fined $400.
