Marvin Browne, 18 and Carlos Caine, 17, both of Chapmans Village, walked out of the High Court free men, shortly after 1:30 p.m.

The girl had accused the teenagers of taking turns in raping her as she made her way home from school on July 5, 2012.

In her testimony, the girl said she was on her way home at about 1p.m. when Browne and Caine took turns raping her.

The boys had denied the charges.

Attorney for the teenagers Ronald Marks made the point that Marvin had consensual sex with the girl and that Carlos was only guilty of “maccoing”.

Crown counsel Ayanna Baptiste-DaBreo led the Crown’s case.
