Foster, who entered Grenada illegally sometime between November 3 and December 1, 2012, is currently on remand at Her Majesty’s Prisons at Richmond Hill, St George’s, for committing burglary at San Souci on December 1, 2012, by unlawfully breaking the dwelling house of Kester Aban.

He was also charged with attempting to commit robbery with violence on December 1 and causing grievous bodily harm to Kester Aban.

An online article from The New Today, states that Foster, who resided at Moliniere, St George’s, allegedly attacked Aban at his home at San Souci, St George’s on December 1.

The article further states that Aban, 33, a businessman, arrived home in the early hours of the morning when he came across an unknown man wearing a mask inside of the house.

A source told The New Today that Aban closed the door and put up a fight with Foster, 30.

During the fight, Foster shot Aban on his right forearm, right thigh, and buttock.

He escaped by kicking down the door.

The article said that a police officer who was in his personal vehicle in the vicinity of Aban’s home at the time, heard the gunshots coming from the house.

When Foster left the house, with face still covered with the mask and gun still in hand, it is alleged that Foster approached Detective Constable Garvin Johnson who is attached to CID and demanded money from him.

The police officer pulled out some coins amounting to about $5.00 but the gunman refused to accept them.

Foster then moved away from the vehicle and fired two shots at the policeman’s vehicle, one of which damaged the number plate at the back.

For entering the state illegally, Foster was sentenced to three months in jail.

Local police sources also told SEARCHLIGHT that Foster is also wanted in St Vincent and the Grenadines in connection with a series of robberies.
