Two cops charged

Two policemen attached the Narcotics Division of the Royal St Vincent and the Grenadines have been slapped with criminal charges.{{more}}

Vermont resident, Police Constable 430 Othwell John and PC 41 Alt Campbell of Chester Cottage, were given bail in their own recognizance after pleading not guilty to unlawfully and maliciosuly wounding Junior Jack of Colonarie on August 5, 2010.

The men appeared on Friday, August 27, at the Kingstown Magistrates Court and were granted bail in the sum of $1,500.

The matter was adjourned to September 16, and will be heard at the Colonarie Court.
