The Long Wall resident was committed to stand trial at the High Court when he appeared at the Serious Offences Court on Thursday, December 10, 2009.

On the last day of the Preliminary Inquiry, the Prosecution presented its last witness, Daffodil Grant, the Manager of Aunt Jobe’s bakery.

DefenceLawyer Mia Eustace presented a no case submission, which was overruled by the Chief Magistrate Sonya Young.

Twenty-nine-year-old Warren was shot at the left side of his neck on Thursday, January 22, 2009, at Long Wall, at approximately 2 pm. He succumbed to his injuries at the Milton Cato Memorial Hospital the same day.

David was previously charged with his brother Junior David, who was discharged last Monday after Young concluded that there was insufficient evidence against him.(OS)
