Johnny pleads not guilty
Ottley Hall resident Enrico Johnny will re-appear in court today in a second attempt to obtain bail.{{more}}
The 19-year-old labourer first appeared at the Kingstown Magistrateâs Court before Senior Magistrate Donald Browne and pleaded not guilty to illegal possession of a firearm and one round of 9 millimetre ammunition. He also pleaded not guilty to discharging a firearm at Kamal Defreitas of Ottley Hall on August 27 around 8:30 a.m. at Ottley Hall. However, his application for bail was refused.
