Reports indicate that the 37-year-old labourer of Murray Village committed the offences at Richmond Hill between 11:20 am on October 19 and 7:20 am on October 21st.

In objecting to bail on Monday at the Kingstown Magistrate’s Court, Court Prosecutor Station Sergeant Nigel Butcher said that Chance is a known character who has matters pending. He also advised that Chance is also known to be a person who doesn’t show up to court. (SB)
