I think people who dump garbage illegally should be punished and I think the Government should do more by putting more garbage bins in the city. So instead of they dump them on the floor, people would have more knowledge about dumping in the garbage bins. I think that would be a better choice to give people chances, if this could be improved and make it a better country for everybody.
