Sheena Ann Bailey has attained upper second class Honours from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus. She pursued a three years Bachelors of Science degree in Management Studies, Minoring in Finance. She is the daughter of Miss Angella Frederick and Mr. Selwyn Bailey of Sion Hill. Indeed she has fought the fight, finished the course and observed the faith. Glory be to God
