Kim and Derek tied the knot together forever

On Sunday, August 10, 2008, Mr. Derek A. Phillips, of Barbados, married his friend and love of his life, Ms. Kathy Kim Porter, of Spring Village, St. Vincent. The couple, who reside in New York, were joined as one at Sunbury Plantation House, St. Phillips, Barbados. Maid of Honor was Kaveise Cadogan, bride’s daughter. Matron of Honor was bride’s sister, Marva Dickson; Best man Oneal Brewster. The bride was given in marriage by son Kimarni Porter. The ring bearer was couple’s son Justyn Phillips, flower girls, Iyanna Mc Collin and Cameran Holder. Other members of the wedding party were nieces Bonniesha Porter, Hannah Debique and Davisha Samuel and Danielle Phillips. Groomsmen included nephew Keston Porter and other relatives of the groom.
